Wazzup Fellow Writer, What you ˙came up with here really have me wicked up to the last sentence, and I wanna tell you I am not that typical man who finish the full length post of blogs 'cause I most of the time got bored and tired of the gibberish that is presented on the internet on a daily basis and then I just end up checking out the pictures and the headlines or something like that. But your headline and the first paragraphs were great and it instantly tuned me on your stíle. Thanks for tearing me out of this boring world! Thanks, really.

Great video! Assisted pull-ups are a great way to start. Just be really careful with those chin-up bars. As a teenager I tried hanging upside down from one and it (and I) came crashing down. They're safe for pull-ups, but don't be dumb like I was. Keep yourself right side up. If you get the hang of these and want to try something even harder, you can try one arm pull-ups, like these: http://www.reallifehealth.com/App/ExercisePopup.aspx?ExerciseID=365&ExerciseName=One%20Arm%20Pullups
