February is usually the month that fitness centers and studios start seeing a drop-off in their attendance. Surprisingly this is just a month or so after we make those firm resolutions to “lose weight” and “get fit”. Don’t let that happen to you! - When purchasing fitness equipment or yoga supplies, buy what you think you’ll use.
